In This research, a new model on radio technique teaching-learning process was introduced as an effort to find a better model in learning. That was model the radio technique model which is majoring at radio technique to be searched its answer through this research, that is: (a) How will be development in radio technique learning through instructional PQ4R model based on multimedia: (b) How response model developmen in radio technique learning categorized by as research of class action, where in this research directlu in progress teaching-learning. Research data student takes passing questionnaries at the end of teaching-learning process. Then result of analysisi and present descriptively having the character of expos facto, where researcher present for fact or finding obtained in research. Questionnaire resutl qiven tho student at the end of teching learning process shows that the instructional model gives the postitive result in gaining motivation, willing on learning, and independence attitude to student.
