Public Transport Service Quality Model The Intended Users Using Structural Equation Modeling
Transportation problem is a complex issue, because the rate of growth of road infrastructure is not proportional to the increase in the amount of motion meningkat.Hal as shown by the high level of private vehicle ownership, mobility journey, an indication of public transport services are inadequate and limited highway. So that the resulting cause congestion, delay time, and a decrease in the level of comfort. This study will examine models of public transport services Surabaya - Sidoarjo desired by the user. The analytical method used is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to confirm the indicators of the latent variables and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to determine the effect between the latent variables. The results showed that the services, facilities, operations, accessibility, ethics and infrastructure positive and significant effect on the model of public transport services with GFI at 69.3 percent. Model quality public transport service desired user community is Y=1,229X2+0,288X2+0,131X3+0,275X4+0,288X5+0,113X6
